This is a hard winter wheat which almost always red and mostly from Nebraska. This is known as a blood purifier. A classic drink that is full of power. An easy to grow sprout and a serious rejuvenate when ingested. Did you know that it is said that the average life expectancy could jump 10 plus years if everyone drank this juice. Has a very intense flavor, so if you are not use to it, mix it with carrot and apple juice.  Our Wheat comes from a source which is certified organic.
