Savanna Mustard Greens Seeds
Product Description
Brassica rapa Japonica group
Item #V-2402 | 350 Seeds |
Savanna Hybrid sets huge, tasty green leaves less than 3 weeks after planting! A great choice for baby greens as well as mature mustard, Savanna offers uniform, bushy plants that hold their harvest in the field much longer than open-pollinated types. Boasting high garden performance combined with great yields, Savanna offers a mild, rich flavor that the whole family will enjoy. In spring, Savanna holds very well if the weather turns warm too early. Most Mustards will acquire a bitter, sharp flavor if exposed to too much heat, but Savanna resists this well, extending your season by several weeks. In fall, it holds up well to first frosts, with no loss of texture. Savannah is an early maturing, broadleaf tender green type that bolts much more slowly than open pollinated varieties. Large, erect plants with round, deep green leaves stand well in the field. 350 seeds per package.
