This mix contains a wide variety of peas- like green, speckled, marrowfat, yellow, motlted and makes a delicious blend. Peas come in many shapes and sizes, whcih make this mix beautiful when sprouted.  Our Peas all come from sources which are certified organic.

Soak: 8-12 Hours

Rinse/Drain: 2-3 times per day

Harvest: 2-3 days

Yield: 2 to 1 (1 lb of seed will produce 2 lbs of sprouts)
