How To Grow Portulaca �Moss Rose Seeds

Germination:

• Seeds require light to germinate.
• Lightly press seed into the soil surface.
• After pressing the seed into the soil, the multi-pelleted seed needs to be well watered, the germination temperature needs to be 75-78 degrees,for 4-8 days. Then after germination, the temperature needs to be dropped to 68 degrees, and kept dry.

Sow Indoors:

• Recommended for cooler summer climates. Sow 4-6 weeks before average last frost.

Sow Outdoors:

• Sow seed in spring after the average last frost date and when temperatures are warm.
