Very easy to sprout, that are delicious raw or lightly cooked. French Lentils are the most aesthetically pleasing of all lentils. Each one is speckled with grey, b;ue, green and tan that looks like a tiny planet. It has a unique flavor that is delicious on my sprout salad every night. Our Lentils come from sources which are certified organic.
Put 1 to 2 Tbsp. seed in a wide mouth jar. Cover with mesh and secure with rubber band. Add water, swirl, and drain. Add 1-cup cool water and soak for 10 to 12 hours. Drain.
RINSE –2-3 times a day, refill jar with cool water, swirl, and drain. Invert jar and prop at an angle in a sink or bowl.
ENJOY – Ready in 3 to 4 days. Refrigerate to store.

Yield: 2 to 1 (1 lb of seed will produce 2 lbs of sprouts)
