This is a highly consumed sprout. Mung Beans are fun to watch grow and are great in recipes. Mung Beans are grown mostly in China and are used in Asian cooking.
Our Mung Beans come from a source which is certified organic.
Soak: 8-12 Hours
Rinse/Drain: 2-3 times per day
Harvest: 2-5 days
Yield: 2 to 1 (1 lb of seed will produce 2 lbs of sprouts)

- 1 1/2 cups sweet pepper (any or all colors) - chopped fine
- 4 eggs - lightly beaten
- 3 cups Mung Bean Sprouts
- 1/2 tsp. salt
