How to Place an Order
Add items to your shopping cart by adjusting the quantity of items you would like (only if
you would like more than one package, otherwise leave at "1") and clicking the yellow "Add to Cart" button located on
either the index page of the seed category you are on, or on the specific seed
page itself. This will add the item to your shopping cart and show you your current
total price. You then have the option to proceed to the checkout to order your items
or to click the "Back to Shopping" button to continue shopping.

Your order
summary can always be accessed by clicking on the "View Shopping Cart" link located
at the top left side of each page. You can also proceed to checkout from this
point.
To speak to a 2B Seeds representative, call our customer service department on our
toll-free number during regular business hours at 1-800-865-4340. After business
hours, you can leave your order on our voice mailbox, or, request a return call
from our customer service department.
Payment Methods
1. Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Please fill out all appropriate information in the "Credit Card Information" area
when prompted to by the shopping cart. When ordering by phone, be sure to have
your charge card with you.
Please note: For all charge card orders that request a FUTURE SHIP date, we
will charge your account at the time your order is received and processed. Your
order is then held and shipped during the week of your request.
2. If you wish to pay with a check or money order, please call our customer
service department on our toll free number during regular business hours -
1-800-833-5988 to place your order. Your order is then shipped after payment
has been received.
3. C.O.D. Orders: Sorry C.O.D. orders are not accepted.
Returned Check Fee:
A fee will be charged on any checks returned by the bank.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged on all orders in the state of Colorado, and Broomfield,
Colorado.
Shipping: (Note: We do not ship to foreign countries)
We'll ship your order the fastest way possible.
Small items (such as seed packets) are shipped via USPS. Please include your
postal address for this purpose. Larger items are shipped via UPS or USPS.
We will need the name of your road and house number (even if it is not part
of your regular postal address) to make it possible for UPS to locate you.
Please include your Zip Code and telephone number on your order and any
correspondence, so that we can contact you if necessary.

IMPORTANT: We will need your complete mailing address for prompt delivery
of your order. If you have a P.O. Box, make sure you give us your street number
as well. If your shipping address is different than your billing address, please
be sure fill out both sections on the order form.
Return/Refund Policy:
See our refund policy below. Requests for refunds must be made one year from
date of purchase. Over payments in the amount of $1.00 or more will be
reimbursed using the same method of payment used for your order (check/charge).
A credit voucher will be issued for those overpayments under $1.00.

your garden. If you feel that any of our products do not perform to 2B Seeds high
standards, please let us know and we'll give you a full refund or credit,

Descriptions and cultural information found on our website are based on observations
and information gathered from many sources and are only for comparison purposes
to help our customers make planting decisions. Because growing conditions vary
considerably depending upon geographic location, soil type, climatic conditions
and cultural practices, individual customers' results may differ from our
standard information.
Many flower and vegetable species are generally susceptible to several serious
seed and soil-borne diseases. Our seed has been carefully grown, tested and or
treated to prevent or reduce seed-borne infection. Please note that these best
efforts cannot guarantee absolute freedom from disease infestation, nor will
prevent soil-borne or weed-borne organisms from attacking plants during growth.
We do offer superior varieties with resistance and tolerance to some diseases.

sells will conform to only those label descriptions that are required by State
and Federal Seed Law. 2BSEEDS, LLC COMPANY DISCLAIMS AND MAKES NO OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, NOR ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHERWISE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY STATE
AND FEDERAL SEED LAW, ALL SEEDS ARE SOLD AS IS (TEL QUEL).
2BSEEDS, LLC further disclaims any liability for any and all alleged seed-borne
disease losses, whether the alleged infection is seed borne or secondary-caused.
Purchasers' exclusive compensation for loss or damage arising from purchase or
use of seeds from 2BSEEDS, LLC shall be limited to an amount equal to the
purchase price of such seeds. There shall not be included in any amount for
incidental or consequential damages.
These disclaimers or warranties and limitations of liability of the 2BSEEDS,LLC
Company may not be altered or amended, except by an instrument, in writing,
signed by an authorized representative as designated by the President and CEO.
By acceptance of the seeds, the buyer acknowledges the disclaimers and
limitations herein described are conditions of sale and that they constitute the
entire agreement between the parties regarding warranty or any other liability.
Any claim resulting from the use of 2BSEEDS, LLC seeds must be presented to the
Company within 30 days after any defect or other basis of such claim was
discovered or should have been discovered during the growing season in which the
seed was purchased. 2BSEEDS, LLC Company will not assume any responsibility
after the above-mentioned 30-day period.
